Sylvia Fellin has a diverse work experience in event management. Sylvia started their career as an Event Assistant at Lisa Gordon Events in 2010. Sylvia then worked as a Floor Manager at Goodman Theatre from 2007 to 2010, where they supported daily operations and managed backstage activity. In 2011, Sylvia joined Ravenswood Event Services as the Director of Event Management, where they designed and executed multiple events across Chicagoland. Sylvia worked there until 2017. Sylvia also worked as a Conference Manager at PON North America Management Days in 2014, where they managed all local operations for a business conference. In 2017, they joined Official ASM Global as an Event Manager, facilitating events at Soldier Field and surrounding parkland areas. Recently, they started working as a Stage Manager at Events & Outings, supporting planning and execution for an annual New Year's Eve celebration.

Sylvia Fellin completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Production, Technology, and Management at Carnegie Mellon University, from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the University of Surrey, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Tourism, Events, and Hospitality, graduating in 2011.
