Kimberley Dobson, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a range of roles and responsibilities. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Generalist at ASM Global. Prior to this, they served as a Personnel Technician at the FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA from October 2020 to December 2022. Additionally, they have held positions such as Human Resources Intern at Data Recognition Corporation from December 2019 to March 2020, Administrative Assistant at Partnership for Community Supports from May 2016 to November 2019, and Recruiter Intern at JEVS Human Services from January 2019 to May 2019. Kimberley Dobson, SHRM-CP, has an extensive education history. Kimberley obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Development and Leadership/Human Resources from Widener University in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Peirce College between 2016 and 2018. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Dobson completed an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Community College of Philadelphia from 2014 to 2016.

Additionally, Dobson has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skillset. In July 2020, they obtained the Microsoft® Excel® Basics certification from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack. In the same month, they also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, showcasing their expertise in the field of human resources. In October 2019, they completed the Essential Human Resources Law certification from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack. Finally, in April 2019, Dobson acquired the Human Resources Essentials certification, also from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack.
