Katie Wells, M.A., PHR has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. In their most recent position at Official ASM Global, they served as a People + Culture Ambassador since October 2019. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management, starting as a K'nekt Facilitator / National Advisor of Digital Marketing in October 2005 and continuing as a National Advisor of Digital Marketing and Corporate Trainer from August 2015. In addition, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston starting in January 2014. Katie also has experience at SAVOR...SMG as a Training Instructor starting in 2007 and as a Consultant at SMG in 2005. Katie also served as the Principal Consultant at K.E.W. Solutions, Inc from July 2008 to August 2015. Katie has held positions in the media industry as well, serving as a Columnist - Life Unscripted at West Of from April 2009 to May 2014. Furthermore, they have demonstrated their leadership skills as the President of Carolina Green Fair Board at Carolina Green Fair in 2011. Katie has also served as a Board Member at Lowcountry Earth Force from 2007 to 2009. Lastly, Katie worked as a Director of Training at Charlestowne Hotels from March 2004 to July 2008. Katie Wells, M.A., PHR has a diverse education history. Katie began their academic journey at the College of Charleston, where they obtained their B.A. in Corporate Communication from 1999 to 2002. Katie then pursued further studies and completed their Masters of Science in Human Resource Development at Villanova University from 2011 to 2014. Recently, in 2019, Katie Wells attended Cornell University to acquire a Certification in Diversity + Inclusion.
