Gemma Brooks has over two decades of experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at ASM Global since 2011, where responsibilities include direct management of a team in a busy 2,300-seater concert hall setting. Prior to this role, Gemma held positions at SMG Europe as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager from 2002 to 2011, worked on the Food and Beverage team at The Lowry from 2000 to 2002, and was involved in food and beverage operations at La Rocquettes Hotel in 2000.
