Estella Flores has a strong background in operations and event management, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Estella is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Official ASM Global since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at AEG as the Director of Facility Operations for nearly six years, from December 2013 to February 2019. Before joining AEG, they held various roles at the Los Angeles Convention Center, including Director of Event Services from August 2006 to December 2013 and Sr. Event Manager from December 2003 to July 2006. Estella began their career as an Event Coordinator at the Los Angeles Dodgers, where they worked from January 2000 to November 2003.
Estella Flores, CVP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In 2016 to 2017, Estella attended the IAVM Venue Management School (VMS) Graduate program. Additionally, Estella obtained the certification of Certified Venue Professional (CVP) from the International Association of Venue Managers in 2020.
