Don Heard, MS, OHST, CFPS, EMT, serves as the Manager of Safety & Compliance at Official ASM Global since January 2016. Previously, Don held senior roles in health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) management at companies including Wood Group Mustang, Inspectorate America Corporation, and Powell Industries, where consultation, compliance, and leadership in EHS programs were key responsibilities. Don's extensive experience includes implementing safety initiatives, conducting performance audits, and developing emergency response programs, contributing to a maintaining a zero recordable rate for seven years at Arkema. Don's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety from East Carolina University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Houston, and an Associate’s Degree in Science from College of the Mainland.
