Michael Askew is the Co-Founder and CEO of Belong, where responsibilities include setting long-term strategy and managing capital while monitoring cash flow. Prior to this role, Michael served as Project Lead at Al Tayer Group, effectively managing client relationships and coordinating resources. As Head of Projects at Food & Entertainment Co., part of Fawaz Alhokair Group, oversight of project divisions and stakeholder management was a key focus. Michael also held the position of International Project Manager at Fawaz Alhokair Group Fashion Retail, where the management of international project communications and activities was central. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Molteni&C|Dada, agreeing on project objectives and maintaining client expectations, and as Assistant Project Manager, creating project programmes and liaising with subcontractors.
