Erik Rouw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Directeur Bestuurder at ASKV / Steunpunt vluchtelingen since October 2022, Erik previously held the role of Voetbaltrainer at PVC Voetbal Utrecht from 2021 to 2024. Engagements include working as a Maatschappelijk ontwikkelaar at Start Foundation, where Erik led initiatives for social improvement, and as Directeur Bestuurder at CNV Jongeren, an independent union advocating for the rights and interests of young workers. Erik's roles also include membership in the Raad van Advies for CNV Internationaal, ownership of the creative activation agency Ruwe Diamant, and project leadership at CNV Jongeren and PAX.
