Juzer Ali Jeewajee is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as Deputy Manager Training and Development at Askari Life Assurance since May 2022. Juzer has extensive experience in conducting sales training and assessment tests, along with responsibilities for training content enhancement and monthly reporting metrics. Prior to this, Juzer worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Zameen.com and held various positions at Jubilee Life Insurance Company, FirstStep Communications, Servico International Co., and Mobilink Microfinance Bank, showcasing a strong background in human resources and training management.
