Andrew Dutton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Andrew started their career in 1994 at Thames Water as a Commercial Manager and later became the Commercial Manager - International. In 1999, they joined Vertex Data Science, where they held various roles such as Business Unit Director, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Director - Private Sector and Utilities. Andrew then worked at NRS Healthcare as the Managing Director and was responsible for the strategic direction and financial performance of the company. Andrew also served as the Group CEO and Executive Director International at A4e, a privately owned outsourcing company. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Adare International, a global marketing services provider. Currently, Andrew Dutton is the Chief Executive Officer at ASK4 Ltd.

Andrew Dutton attended Durham University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned an Honours degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at The University of Huddersfield from 1993 to 1994, earning a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management.
