Alon Talmor is the Founder and CEO of Ask-AI since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Parttime Researcher at the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI2) from February 2019 to May 2021. Alon pursued a PhD in Question Answering, NLP, and AI at Tel Aviv University from March 2017 to December 2020. Alon has also held positions as Chief Data Scientist at salesforce.com, Co-Founder and CEO of BlueTail (acquired by Salesforce.com), and Senior Data-Science Consultant at Check Point Software Technologies, Tehila, and NuConomy (acquired by LivePerson). Additionally, Alon served as the Innovation/Data-Mining Software Team Leader at Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Alon founded SentryCom, a Speaker Verification system, and gained expertise in Voice Recognition Algorithms.

Alon Talmor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Artificial Intelligence / NLP (Question Answering) from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, they completed their B.A. in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, they hold an MSc in Computer Science - Brain Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
