Agour Tzour has extensive work experience in customer success management and leadership roles. Agour is currently the Head of Success at Ask-AI, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success EMEA/APAC at Tipalti from April 2021 to September 2023. Agour also held the position of VP of Customer Success at Approve.com (A Tipalti company) from December 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Tipalti, Tzour worked at Totango as a Senior Customer Success Manager from July 2018 to December 2020. Agour also has experience at Jolt.us, where they served as a Jolter and Customer Success Curator from January 2018 to May 2018.

Earlier in their career, Tzour held various roles at mce Systems, starting as a Technical Account Manager in October 2011 and later becoming the Head of Post-Sale Division from May 2013 to July 2015. Agour then served as the Vice President of Customer Success from July 2015 to June 2018.

Tzour's career started in the Israel Defense Forces, where they held the position of First Lieutenant and Head of Combat Support Array Discipline from April 2008 to April 2011.

Agour Tzour attended Mikve Israel Agricultural School from 2000 to 2006, studying Biology, General. Agour Tzour also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, with no specific month or year of obtaining it provided.
