Allyson Lim is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Regional Senior HR Executive for Southeast Asia at ASICS Corporation since February 2021, where responsibilities include HR generalist functions for the ASICS and Onitsuka Tiger brands. Prior to ASICS, Allyson held senior HR positions at aCommerce, a leading ecommerce solutions provider in Southeast Asia, managing HR for Singapore and Malaysia from April 2018 to February 2021. Previous roles also include Human Resources Executive at Harvey Norman and Consulting Manager for Talent Acquisition at Achieve Group. Allyson holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from SHRI Academy, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University at Buffalo, and a Diploma in Accountancy and Finance from Nanyang Polytechnic.
