Marjo R. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning several diverse organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank since February 2023, Marjo has held critical roles including HR Director at JUMP! Foundation, Regional HR Officer for Asia at IUCN, and Senior HR Advisor at the International Rice Research Institute. Marjo's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, performance management, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures, as well as aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines, a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas, and a Master of Management in Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of the Philippines.
