Michelle Cronin

Michelle Cronin has over 20 years of experience in the financial and strategy consulting sectors. Michelle began their career in 1996 as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they provided quantitative and qualitative support for senior bankers in the infrastructure, health care and higher education, and corporate-related focus groups. In 1997, they moved to Bear Stearns as a Senior Financial Analyst, managing deal execution for issuers in the Midwest and the South for deals averaging $75 million. In 2000, they joined Bridge Strategy Group as a Senior Strategy Consultant, designing and executing enterprise strategies with management teams of Fortune 100 companies. In 2006, they moved to Genisys Advisors as a Principal, working with executive teams and boards to lead analysis and strategy development in the areas of operations, programs and services, partnerships, and resource development. In 2008, they joined Teach for America as a Managing Director, advancing the development of a new student achievement measurement system for the organization and creating plans and training for a staff of 1,000 as well as the teachers stationed in 30 regions across the US. In 2009, they joined Feeding America as the Director of Planning and Analysis, partnering with the CEO and Board to develop and execute a strategic plan for 200 food banks and 60,000 agencies. In 2014, they joined Asian Human Services, Inc. as the President of the Board of Directors, developing and overseeing a strategic plan for growth through the creation of a new network organization and administrative services company. In 2015, they joined Luster Learning Institute NFP as a Board Member, leading the creation of a new strategic plan and operational plan for growth and expansion, including evolving program and service offerings, and developing new partnerships. In 2016, they joined Brushwood Center at Ryerson Woods as a Board Member and Development Committee Member, and is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Chicago (having formerly served as Treasurer and Board Member).

Michelle Cronin has attended Northwestern University, but has not received a degree or specified a field of study. Michelle is also a Former Series 7 and 63 Certified Broker, certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
