Elton Lilly has extensive experience in budget management and financial control, currently serving as Director at the Asian Development Bank since September 2009. Previously, Elton held various finance management positions at ANZ from February 2007 to September 2009, focusing on project and asset management, and retail banking. Elton also worked as a Management Accountant at Standard Life Aberdeen between May 2004 and September 2006, and as a Chartered Accountant with Moore Markhams New Zealand from February 2000 to March 2004. Elton holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Otago, earned between 1995 and 1999.
