YuYing (Krystal) Wu is a skilled professional with a diverse background in program coordination, customer service, and interpreting. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at ACC Senior Services since March 2021, YuYing recruits program participants, assesses their needs, and develops programs in collaboration with the Program Manager. Previous experience includes roles as an Interpreter at Interpreters Unlimited, Inc., where YuYing rendered spoken messages in medical settings, and as a Customer Service Representative at San Francisco Health Plan, delivering timely assistance to customers. YuYing has also excelled as a Member Relations Specialist at the Chinese Community Health Care Association, focusing on member satisfaction and policy updates, and has held educational roles at the University of California, Davis. YuYing holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Textile and Clothing from the University of California, Davis, along with an Associate of Arts from Chabot College.
