Douglas Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and partnership management within the banking and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Partnership and Accreditation at Asian Banking School since March 2024, Douglas previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Intuition, where responsibilities included developing growth strategies and maintaining client relationships in the APAC banking learning industry. Douglas also has experience as a Senior Course Consultant at NTUC LearningHub, focusing on up-skilling working adults, and as an Account Manager at LEO Pharma, managing key accounts and conducting sales forecasting. Douglas's career began as a Financial Services Consultant at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore and as a Personal Banker at UOB.
