Muazzim Thoyir is an experienced professional in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as the Team Lead for the Bank Jago Project at PT. ASIA OUTSOURCING SERVICES since November 2022. Previous roles include Customer Service Team Lead for the Shopee Project at PT VADS Indonesia, where significant achievements include being recognized as Best Team Lead in March 2022 and successfully mentoring subordinates. Muazzim has also managed real-time monitoring for both the Shopee and JD.ID projects, overseeing various communication channels and ensuring service level reporting. Earlier experience includes working as an Inbound Customer Service Representative for the Grab Project at PT Bina Talenta. Muazzim holds a Bachelor's degree in Hukum Tata Negara from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
