Kelly Tong is an experienced professional in executive search, currently serving as an Associate at Asia Carbon Search since April 2019, specializing in financial services with a focus on investment banking and private equity. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an Associate at The Laurus Group Limited, a prominent financial executive search firm, from 2018 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes a Digital Marketing Internship at PRIZM Group Hong Kong and co-organizing a significant event for Yeonmi Park’s advocacy in early 2017. Kelly also held leadership roles, such as External Vice President for the English Society at City University of Hong Kong and gained marketing and public relations experience through internships at BBDO Worldwide and BE-JUICED Detox Juice Company. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies with a focus on Corporate and Professional Communication from City University of Hong Kong and participated in a Global Exchange Programme at the University of Amsterdam. Education was completed at Maryknoll Convent School.
