Dee Nowak is a qualified professional in the field of nutrition and food safety, currently serving as an SQF/GMP Contract Auditor at SCS Global Services since June 2018 and as an SQF/GMP Auditor at ASI Food Safety Consultants since January 2012. Previously, Dee Nowak worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Guthrie from August 2005 to July 2021, focusing on nutrition assessments, education, and enteral/parenteral support. Dee Nowak holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Mansfield University (1993-1997).
