Lora S. has extensive experience in customer care and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Representative at Ashton Woods Homes since April 2016. Prior to this role, Lora worked at Apogee Physicians as a Recruiter and Physician Relations Manager from January 2011 to November 2014, where over 165 Hospitalists were successfully recruited nationally, along with overseeing the hiring process for multiple hospitals. Lora's career also includes positions at Pulte Group, Inc. as a Warranty Agent and Customer Relations Manager, and earlier roles at Carson Pirie Scott, Jolesch Photography Office, and Younkers, where a strong foundation in administration and customer relations was established. Lora holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Graceland University and an Associate's Degree from AIB College of Business.
