Julissa (Julie) Martinez brings extensive experience in contract management and administration, currently serving as the Contract & Closing Manager at Ashton Woods Homes. Previously, Julissa held the position of Contract Administrator and worked in the Starts Department at Centex Homes from January 1994 to February 2006. Julissa completed their education at Phoenix College.
