William Fisher worked as an Engineering Services Manager at Fluid Industrial Associates, INC. from June 2012. William currently serves as the President, RVC Government Affairs at ASHRAE Boston Chapter starting from July 2023.

William Fisher obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics & Finance from Northern State University between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Pump Systems Assessment Professional (PSAP) from the Hydraulic Institute in November 2019 and as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers in December 2020.
