Dr. Avinash Jhangiani is a distinguished leader in leadership development and innovation, serving as the Founder CEO and Chief Facilitator of Leadership Development at Play2Transform Group. As the Producer and Curator of Dream On India®, India's first Book of Dreams aligned to the UN SDGs, Dr. Jhangiani demonstrates a commitment to impactful initiatives. With experience as a Leadership Development Faculty at ISB Executive Education and a Strategic Thought Partner at Ashoka focusing on impact investment, Dr. Jhangiani is also an accomplished author, having penned "Play to Transform: How your inner child can accelerate change and rehumanize business." Previous roles include Chief Innovation Officer and Managing Director of Digital & Mobility at Omnicom Media Group. Dr. Jhangiani is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Organisation Psychology & Innovation at the Swiss School of Business and Management, while also enhancing expertise in Digital Transformation & Innovation through Executive Education at INSEAD.
