Lucy Shipp serves as the Head of Informal Learning & Public Programmes at Ashmolean Museum in Oxford and is a Trustee for Peak Cymru. Prior roles include Education Manager at Wysing Arts Centre, where Lucy focused on developing projects with schools and community groups, and Learning Associate at the University of Cambridge, overseeing Arts Award and Widening Participation programmes. Previous experience includes positions at Watts Gallery, Maidstone Borough Council, Tate, Animate Arts Company, Dulwich Picture Gallery, and Victoria and Albert Museum, where Lucy honed skills in educational programming, partnership development, and community engagement. Lucy Shipp holds a degree in Contemporary Crafts from Falmouth University.
