Lori McKenzie serves as the Freight Operations Manager at Ashley Distribution Services since April 2022, following a role as Customer Experience Manager at Ashley Logistics Solutions from April 2021 to April 2022. Prior to these positions, Lori held the title of Carrier Operations Senior Manager at Ashley Distribution Services and served as the Director of Operations at Koch Logistics for over two decades. Lori's career began as a Customer Service & Freight Specialist at DIRECT SERVICE TRANSPORT and included experience as General Manager and Co-owner at Tootsie's Top of the Rock, where responsibilities encompassed purchasing, inventory management, and operations oversight. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Metro State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Rasmussen University.
