Heather Krupa serves as the Business Operations Coordinator for Enrollment Management and Marketing at Ashland University since May 2019. In this role, Heather performs complex administrative duties and facilitates effective communication within the division. Previously, Heather held the position of Executive Assistant to the President, where similar administrative responsibilities were undertaken to support university leadership. Prior to joining Ashland University, Heather was the Occupational Health Manager at Avita Health System, overseeing healthcare services for employees, and worked as a Medical Billing/Office Clerk at OhioHealth, assisting with patient referrals and scheduling. Heather Krupa is an alumna of The Ohio State University.
