Johnny Howard has over three decades of experience in operations and management within the financial and insurance industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ashford Advisors since March 1999, Johnny has developed extensive expertise in operational efficiency and strategic oversight. Prior to this role, Johnny worked with MassMutual Financial Group as Office Manager from October 1986 to May 1998, and previously held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant at Medmarc Insurance Group from September 1988 to March 1990.
