Bob Deresiewicz

Bob Deresiewicz began their career in 1983 as a Resident in Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. In 1986 they were a Visiting Research Fellow in Tropical Medicine at Hebrew University of Jerusalem - Hadassah. From 1987 to 1990, they held various roles at Harvard Medical School, including Assistant Professor of Medicine, Instructor in Medicine, Research Fellow in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, and Clinical Fellow in Infectious Diseases. In 1990, they also became an Associate Physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Brigham and Women's Hospital. In 2000, Bob joined Wellington Management Company, LLP as a Senior Managing Director and Partner. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director at Asher Biotherapeutics, a biotechnology company developing precisely-targeted immunotherapies.

Bob Deresiewicz received their AB in Biochemistry from Columbia University between 1975 and 1979. Bob then went on to receive their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai between 1979 and 1983. Finally, they completed their MBA from Harvard Business School between 1998 and 2000.
