David Kirschfink has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David started their career at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as an Application Engineer from November 1994 to October 1997. David then progressed to become a Product Manager Gasket in Place from November 1997 to October 2000. David then joined Mercury Marine EMEA as a Product Manager for Inflatable Boats and RIBs from November 2000 to November 2002. Following this, they worked at Omni Industries Ltd. as a Technical Manager from January 2003 to August 2006. David then joined Heinrich Kopp GmbH, where they served as a Plant Manager from September 2006 to January 2010. David furthered their career at E-T-A GmbH as a Plant Manager from February 2010 to August 2017. In 2018, they briefly worked at Britte-Mustad as an Assistant de la Direction. Currently, they hold the position of Director Operations Europe at Ashcroft Inc. since January 2022.

David Kirschfink attended RWTH Aachen University from 1986 to 1994, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau / Kunststoffverarbeitung. In 1993, they completed their Diplomarbeit (Engineering Degree Thesis) in Composite Materials at Imperial College London. Later, in 2004-2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Nova Southeastern University.
