Katie Perry is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the People & Capability Manager at Ashburton District Council since December 2022, Katie previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Carrfields NZ from February 2022 to December 2022. With a solid foundation in HR, Katie has also worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the University of Canterbury for nearly eleven years, as well as a Human Resources Consultant at New Zealand Post and an HR Advisor at Holcim. Early in the career, Katie served as a Consultant at Sheffield. Academically, Katie is pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology at the University of Canterbury, having previously earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the same institution.
