Kyle Waters has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kyle is currently the CPO & Co-Founder at Ash Wellness since December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Batch 27 Founder at 500 Global from November 2020 to February 2021. Kyle also completed the Johnson Cornell Tech MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from May 2019 to May 2020.
Before their current roles, Kyle worked at Deloitte Digital from August 2017 to May 2019 as a Senior Consultant, where they managed product management for digital commerce products for Chipotle Mexican Grill and led the development of their next generation mobile app. Kyle also served as a Consultant from August 2015 to July 2017, leading the product management of an eCommerce website for a large franchise restaurant chain and guiding a digital retail transformation for a large automobile manufacturer. Kyle started their career at Deloitte Digital as a Business Technology Analyst from July 2013 to July 2015, where they acted as an assistant program manager for a merger project and led the development of an eCommerce strategy for a large distributor.
Kyle also gained experience at Deloitte Consulting as a Business Technology Analyst Summer Scholar from June 2012 to August 2012, where they performed testing and analysis for a new eCommerce channel for a home goods retailer.
Prior to their roles at Deloitte, Kyle was the Web Services Manager at Neighborhood Management, Inc. from June 2006 to November 2011, where they successfully started NMI Web Services and oversaw strategic network growth and technology investments. Kyle also worked as a Field Tech Support Intern at Baylor Health Care System in June 2011, providing technical support to employees and gaining exposure to the overall enterprise. Kyle had a research and development internship at VMG Health from January 2011 to June 2011.
Kyle's earlier experiences include an internship to Director of Business Development at Delcom Group in May 2010, where they developed and executed a marketing campaign and tested new technology products, and an internship to Area Sales Director at BMC Software in July 2009, where they coordinated the migration of client contacts to Salesforce.com.
Kyle Waters completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Information Systems & Supply and Value Chain Management from Texas Christian University. Additionally, they attended the M.J. Neeley School of Business at the same university, where they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems & Supply and Value Chain Management. Furthermore, they completed their Johnson Cornell Tech MBA degree at the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2019 to 2020.
