Vicki Blackman currently serves as the Manager of People and Culture at the City of Casey since January 2019 and holds the position of Acting Head of Human Resources at ASG, the largest provider of education scholarship plans in Australia, since June 2014. Previous experience includes numerous leadership roles at ANZ from December 1992 to April 2014, focusing on people leadership and HR management in call center and operational environments. Vicki Blackman's extensive HR background encompasses roles as Group Executive People and Culture and HR Business Partner, emphasizing quality HR interventions, employee relations, and talent management. Vicki holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Charles Sturt University, completed between 2003 and 2007.
