Jon Falk is a seasoned food scientist and meat specialist with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist/Meat Specialist at Asenzya Inc., and as a Senior Food Technologist at Solina USA since September 2010, Jon Falk has a strong background in quality assurance and new product development. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Palermos Pizza, where responsibilities included managing a 6-person team and enhancing preventative practices, and Research and Development Specialist at Patrick Cudahy Inc., overseeing new product development from ideation to implementation. Jon Falk's early career also involved supervisory roles, including Assistant Superintendent, focusing on training and management within a unionized workforce. Jon Falk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meat and Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 1992.
