Richard Worden MAS currently serves as the APY-10 Radar Engineer at Aviation Systems Engineering Company, where Richard is the PMA-290 Lead Mission Computing and Display System (MCDS) Hardware Engineer for the P-8A Aircraft. With extensive experience in Developmental Test (DT) and Operational Test (OT) testing, Richard also works as a Program Manager overseeing the ASEC's P-8A Flight Test and TWD contract with Boeing. Prior to their current role, Richard had a distinguished 22-year Naval Career as an Inflight Aviation Electronics Technician CPO in the US Navy. Richard holds a Master of Aeronautical Science (MAS) degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
