Nader Kamal has over 19 years of experience in the IT and technical support field, currently serving as the Technical Support Section Head in the Group IT Department at ASEC Company for Mining - ASCOM since May 2004. Prior roles at ASCOM include Senior Technical Support and Technical Support within the same department. Nader's earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Representative at Ad Collection from April to December 2003. Educational qualifications include an ITIL Foundation V3 certification from 2010, an MCSA certification in Information Technology from CCI Training Center (2009-2011), and an MCSA 2003 certification (2009-2010), along with a high school education from Kuwait High School (1992-1996).
