Sue Tunmore is an experienced human resources and people operations leader, currently serving as VP of People Operations at Asda since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sue held multiple positions at Co-op from September 2015 to January 2023, including Co-op People Director and Business Services Director, where leadership was provided across various operational and transformation initiatives. With a strong background in HR, Sue worked as GB & Ireland HR Director at Britvic Soft Drinks from June 2005 to September 2015, contributing to executive leadership decisions and overseeing office relocations. Earlier roles include Director of People & Change Consulting at Deloitte and Consultant at Andersen Consulting, with a solid educational foundation in Organisation Analysis and Behaviour from Lancaster University.
