Shawn Batka, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, currently serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Blistex Inc., overseeing strategic and operational plans for supply chain processes. With a rich background in supply chain management, Shawn has held key positions at various organizations, including Director of Strategic Supply at Turtle Wax, Inc., and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Optimization at PepsiCo. Additionally, Shawn contributes to the education sector as an Associate Instructor for the Association for Supply Chain Management and as an Adjunct Professor for Chicago Area Universities and Colleges. Shawn's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, complementing over two decades of experience in the fields of production planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
