H. Kaya İçel is a board member at ´¡ÅŸÃ§Ä±´ÇÄŸ±ô³Ü. H. was previously the general manager and a board member at the Istanbul Stock Exchange from July 1990 to February 1998. Prior to that, they worked at the ministry of finance from January 1978 to July 1990 as a tax inspector.

H. Kaya İçel was educated at Marmara University.
