Andy Iwaniak is a skilled professional with extensive experience in critical facility management. Currently serving as a Critical Facility Manager at Ascent, LLC since April 2019, Andy provides engineering and project management support for data center operations, while managing emergency response procedures for critical systems. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Critical Facilities Manager, where assistance was provided in engineering and mission-critical equipment management. From July 2015 to April 2019, Andy worked as a Mobile Service Technician at Strada Real Estate Services, specializing in the installation and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
