Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Mango Solutions for a brief period and held the position of Solutions Architect at Nova @ MMR from April 2019 to March 2021, focusing on AI, ML, and technology-related research solutions. Tom's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at MMR Research Worldwide, where positions included Associate Director of Statistics & Analytics and Senior Statistician from May 2010 to March 2021. Tom Bowling holds a Master's Degree in Statistics with Applications in Medicine from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with Actuarial Studies from the same institution, complemented by studies at the University of Oxford.
