Ben Gibbs has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2001 as a Consultant for Newson Brown Acoustics, providing recommendations based upon thorough acoustical analysis. In 2003, they joined Vantage Technology Consulting Group as a Consultant, where they were responsible for company representation, outlining audiovisual design concepts and system capabilities, defining user requirements, developing audiovisual system building infrastructure requirements, communicating architectural integration and system design, and final commissioning of the completed systems. In 2005, they moved to Maverick Presentation Products as a Project Manager, managing the design, resource and installation of bespoke audiovisual installations in both the home, corporate and education sectors. In 2006, they joined Shen Milsom & Wilke as a Consultant, where they were involved in many of the company's international projects. In 2012, they joined Dell EMC as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, supporting IT infrastructure sales efforts within enterprise level accounts as part of Dell EMC's largest sales territory outside of mainland US. In 2017, they joined Geopointe as a Director of Solution Engineering and Pre-Sales Solution Engineer. Finally, in 2020, they joined Ascent Cloud as the Director of Presales Operations and Director of Solution Engineering.

Ben Gibbs attended the University of Southampton from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a BEng in Acoustical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce and VTSP from VMware.
