Dr. Mahesh Reddy Ghanta has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Mahesh Reddy has held various positions throughout their career, starting with Deputy Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in 2003. From there, they worked at Inogent Laboratories Ltd as an APS from 2007 to 2009. Dr. Mahesh Reddy then joined Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd as Sr. DGM - R&D from 2009 to 2015. After that, they served as Director - Technical at Brundavan Laboratories Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2017. Dr. Mahesh Reddy then joined Aurore Life Sciences Pvt Ltd as General Manager RnD from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Director-New Business Development at Ascensus Specialties since 2022.

Dr. Mahesh Reddy Ghanta has an extensive education history in the field of chemistry and patent law. Dr. Mahesh Reddy obtained a Ph.D in Organic Chemistry from Osmania University from 1993 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from Osmania University from 1991 to 1993.

Dr. Ghanta further enhanced their knowledge and expertise by completing a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Total Synthesis of Natural Products at National Tsing Hua University from 1999 to 2003. This research fellowship focused on the synthesis of natural products.

In 2004 to 2005, Dr. Ghanta pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Law at Nalsar University. This program provided him with specialized knowledge in patent law, further complementing their scientific background.

Aside from their education, Dr. Ghanta obtained the certification in Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption V2.02 from Traliant in July 2022. This certification demonstrates their commitment to ethical and legal practices in their professional endeavors.
