Biju Kuruvilla has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years. Biju'smost recent position is as a Principal Architect at Ascensus since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Ascensus from July 2021 to August 2022, where they were responsible for coordinating infrastructure team assignments, setting priorities, and providing leadership and guidance for infrastructure projects. Biju also managed the IT Operations budget.

Before joining Ascensus, Biju held the role of Manager Infrastructure Services at Ascensus from July 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they managed four teams of 15 members, handling compute, storage, backups, Citrix published applications, virtual desktops, and active directory. Biju ensured incidents and service requests were handled according to defined SLAs.

Earlier in their career, Biju worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Manager, Compute Tower from August 2017 to June 2018. Biju oversaw the Active Directory, Windows, and UNIX teams for a top financial client in North America, providing 24/7 support.

Biju also worked at Voya Financials Inc. as a Senior System Engineer from June 2010 to August 2017. Here, they implemented and supported multiple Active Directory domains, including a corporate domain and an external ecommerce platform.

Biju started their career at Associated Press as a Systems Administrator from 2000 to 2003. Biju has also held positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, BMS, Charming Shoppes, and HP Enterprise Services in their early career.

Biju Kuruvilla has a robust education history in the field of technology and project management. In 1991, they obtained their High School Diploma from West Orange High School. Following that, from 1992 to 1997, they attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Continuing their education, Biju completed a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University in 2011. Biju then pursued a Masters degree in Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Biju Kuruvilla has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In November 2019, they completed the Learning System Center Configuration Manager (2016) certification from LinkedIn. Biju also completed the VMware vSphere 6.5 Essential Training Part 1 certification from LinkedIn during the same time period. Most recently, in May 2022, Biju obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
