Eilish joined Ascension in November 2021. She is responsible for Investor Relations and Operations Management. Prior to joining Ascension, Eilish qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen before working in Finance, Format Strategy and Insights at Sainsbury's.

She has spent the last decade bringing up her sons, whilst running her own part-time business The Baby Care Company, running corporate seminars and private sessions on the practicalities of life with a new baby and toddler.

Eilish has an MA in Physiological Sciences from Magdalen College, Oxford University and continues to take an active interest in Medical Science.
