Leticia Mendoza is a seasoned professional in communications and marketing with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of External Communications at Ascension since May 2024, Leticia previously held the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at Texas Disposal Systems from January 2018 to May 2024, where efforts focused on reducing waste in Central Texas. Leticia's career began at HEB, progressing from Public Affairs Specialist to Public Affairs Manager over nearly two decades. Leticia holds degrees from The University of Texas at El Paso and has participated in leadership programs, including Leadership Austin and Hispanic Austin Leadership, alongside executive communication training at the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life at The University of Texas at Austin.
