Dane Schmidt has extensive experience in human resources, serving in various roles at Ascension since September 2013, including positions such as HR Analyst, Candidate Experience Specialist, Clinical Recruiter, and Compensation Analyst. Prior to this, Dane held the position of General Manager at Spencer's Route 46 from November 2001 to February 2013. Educationally, Dane Schmidt earned a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University between 2012 and 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution from 2003 to 2007.
