Catrina Bell currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Growth at Ascension since April 2024 and is also an Alumni Board Member at Belmont University's Jack C. Massey College of Business. Previously, Catrina held the position of Manager at BDC Advisors, LLC from February 2023 to April 2024 and was the National Director of Employer Solutions at Ascension from January 2016 to January 2023, where Catrina was a founding member responsible for the service line's strategy and national growth. Catrina's career includes various roles such as Project Manager and HR Coordinator at Ascension, where Catrina developed and managed numerous projects while demonstrating leadership across a diverse team. Additional experiences include serving as a board member for Sister Cities Of Nashville and managing office operations at Three Willows Childcare. Catrina holds an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Economics from Belmont University.
