Werner Novak is a seasoned consultant, coach, trainer, and speaker with extensive experience in the information technology sector. Since January 2019, Werner has served as a Consultant at Ascendis, a company Werner founded, specializing in Agile methodologies. Previously, Werner held various leadership positions, including Head of National Capabilities at Digital Nation and IT Area Lead at ING Romania. Other roles include Head of Products at User Easy Lab, Delivery Manager at Optaros by MRM//McCann and Procter & Gamble, and Head of IT Business Analysis at Raiffeisen Bank Romania. Werner's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
